I don't know how they run a business. They won't take a delivery between 12 & 1pm because they're ALL "on their dinner" together! So they need something urgently but won't take it in when the delivery arrives!! "You'll have to wait 45 minutes 'til we've finished our dinner." So 1900's!! Need new staff!! Absolutely unbelievable!!
