Not impressed with the young dark haired lady that just blanked me completely! You saw me, noticed me and then proceeded to blank me completely whilst I stood there like a plum for a minute. Just a bit rude of you don't you think!

I was booked in for a covid booster only to arrive and be told they'd run out. Disappointed they were unable to work out how many people were booked in for a jab and reserve the required number rather than giving them all away to walk - ins.

New to the area, I have started to use this Pharmacy and find it to be most friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much and if you ask a question you will get an answer, not be fobbed off which is rare these days. Very helpful with advice on local doctors surgeries which is most appreciated. I have moved to getting my monthly prescription filled at this pharmacy as they offer this service. I would highly recommend the team at Douglas Pharmacy.
