We have FOUR vehicles on the road from 8.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, collecting and delivering prescriptions from the surgeries direct to your doorstep. We offer a free prescription ordering and collection service from all the surgeries in Washington, Shiney Row, Penshaw, Birtley, Ouston and Chester le Street areas.

We now offer the facility for our patients to order their medications online using the below form. Please note that once we receive your request we will hand in the request to the respective Surgery, collect the prescription when its ready, dispense the medication ready for collection or delivery. It can take up to 2 working days for the prescription to be ready at the GP surgery so please allow time for this.
