We are new to the area so were unaware that collections from Highlands End are not picked up from the main car park. Waited by the entrance but no one made contact, although I had given them a contact number. Ten minutes after the pick up time wed booked I called to check what had happened the woman on the phone was unbelievably rude- apparently I was supposed to know that pick ups are always by the fire engine and the driver couldnt possibly return. Another local company was able to pick us up within ten minutes. They get 5 stars.

Deserves wayyyy more than 5 stars, I had ordered another taxi for 2 from Craig's taxis and me and my brother waited an hour. It took beeline taxis 5 minutes to get us. I am very thankful they did because I was on the very verge of a panic attack and my 9 year old brother wouldn't have been able to help me if I had gone into one. The man who picked us up from freshwater today deserves a raise because he was extremely helpful.

Definitely don't share the positive reviews. We were left stranded even though we had booked and the confirmed the return journey with the outbound driver. Avoid!

Beeline is a fantastic Taxi company in Bridport Dorset. There driver's are fantastic and there price's are very reasonable. There call operators Russell, Rogger and Tracey are so professional and are always willing to help and get back to you. We are always visiting Bridport and will only use Beeline because we have been let down by alot of the other smaller and bigger taxi companies in Bridport. Beeline are very honest with you.
