I requested a taxi in the phone call from work to the train station which would normally cost me 7.30, I was sent a private hire vehicle and was charged 10.00 for the same trip, when I asked where the meter was for the cab he said it was private hire I pointed out it was not what I ordered, he became argumentative saying it was cheeper getting him anyway I said no taxis are cheeper, I would have got out and gone with a different company if I had the time too. If o request a taxi I expect a taxi, NOT a privaite hire no metered vehicle, and I don't like being charged nearly 1 & 1/2 standard rate
