I have very little prior experience with B&B's but I cannot imagine a more accommodating host than Liz. She went far out of her way to ensure we had a pleasant stay, and that we had any information we needed for our day's worth of tourist activities. I can guarantee you won't find a more hardworking host in Inverness. The house is quaint and clean with every detail in place. During our 9 day stay in Scotland, these beds were the most comfortable. Thank you!!

Really really nice experience staying there. The room has a big space and is very clean. The hostess is so kind and the hand-made breakfast is very good. The location is also good, not far from the riverside. Just a 7 minutes walk can find Tesco and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Liz was a super host making sure we were all comfortable the bedroom was large and very comfortable with tea making facilities.Excelant bathroom and shower .Down stairs the dining room was very traditional and homely and liz served a very tasty breakfast totally recommend the porridge. Thank you for a lovely stay Tina and family .

Very satisfied with the stay in this house for two nights. The whole house is very clean and cosy. The house is not newly built but internal rooms is refurbished and especially the bath room. The hostess Liz is very nice and the breakfast is delicious.
