The care, the empathy, the honest approach all the Staff showed towards my Darling, at times , difficult Mum, will never be forgotten. On every level, the staff at Hays House show how a Care Home should be. We hear scary stories of how other Care Homes are but, Andrea, the Manager and all her Team are Wonderful.
Mojo, having been in nursing herself, not only appreciated but understood how the system worked, Hays House, not only looked after her but treated her with her with dignity and style(im only sorry that as her son I couldn't do that), but medically and associated help You did that.
