Services
Chiropractic Adjustments
Our chiropractors perform precise joint adjustments to correct spinal misalignments and improve nervous system function. This treatment alleviates pain, enhances mobility, and promotes natural healing through manual techniques. Patients benefit from reduced inflammation and improved overall wellness through regular adjustments tailored to their specific conditions.
Sciatica Treatment
Specialised care for sciatic nerve compression addresses leg pain, numbness, and tingling caused by spinal issues. We combine spinal adjustments with targeted soft tissue therapy to relieve pressure on nerve roots. Treatment plans incorporate posture correction and rehabilitative exercises to prevent recurrence and restore normal function.
Sports Injury Care
Comprehensive treatment for sports-related musculoskeletal injuries focuses on accelerated healing and performance optimisation. Our approach integrates joint mobilisation, muscle release techniques, and rehabilitation exercises. We work closely with athletes to develop injury prevention strategies and ensure safe return to activity through progressive recovery programmes.
Postural Correction
Customised programmes address chronic postural imbalances through spinal adjustments and muscle re-education. We assess biomechanical patterns to identify compensatory movements causing pain and dysfunction. Treatment includes ergonomic advice, strengthening exercises, and postural awareness training to maintain proper alignment during daily activities.
Preventive Care Plans
Proactive treatment programmes focus on sustaining musculoskeletal health and preventing recurring issues. Regular check-ups identify potential problems before they develop into serious conditions. Patients receive personalised exercise recommendations, lifestyle modifications, and periodic adjustments to maintain optimal spinal function and overall wellbeing.

Report
Really professional trouble-shooting of the several issues related to my back problems. During the treatment, carried out by George Haig, I could see the improvement by going once every 2 weeks approximately. Unluckily I have moved to a different city but sure will try to get an appointment any time while working in Edinburgh for the day. I absolutely recommend.

I've lost count how many times I have relied on Dr Haig's services. I am very grateful for his help in the many times I have relied on him to sort out my back issues.
