St Mary's Vets is a long-established practice providing a friendly service to pet owners in Ferndown and surrounding area. Cat Friendly Clinic

We all understand how stressful it can be for a cat to come to see us and we want to reduce that stress as much as possible. To that end we have become accredited under the Cat Friendly Clinic scheme run by the International Society for Feline Medicine. Although we all work to cat friendly standards, the practice has 2 members of staff who ensure the standards are maintained.
Pet Nutrition

We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!

If your insurer asks you to complete your claim online, what we need from you will be greatly simplified. Please note the process may differ between insurers. Attach the clinical history, along with a copy of any payments you've made (you do not have to keep any receipts). Please note the processing of direct claims is discretionary and based on the relationship between the insurer and the clinic.

We've partnered with Video Vets Now so you can speak to a vet from home or out and about - 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm. Consults are 10 mins and cost 24. If your pet needs to be seen by us or Vets Now, your original 24 payment will be refunded. We partnered with Video Vets Now to help you get the advice and reassurance you need, wherever you are.
