I absolutely love this pharmacy! Very helpful, caring and experienced team! I wouldn't go elsewhere for my medical travel related needs/sound advice. After a recent fall has left me temporarily housebound, they delivered my items to me within 24hrs!! Sad to see any negative review, but I say trust the good ones. Highly recommended!

The service is very efficient in this pharmacy. I rang to ask for my medication to be requested and within 2 days it was ready to collect. The staff are very helpful and always go out of their way to help me with any queries I have.

Awful service! Ordered a product online on 5 August, when it hadn't arrived 3 weeks later I contacted them via their website form. Two days later I get a form email saying the item is out of stock! 1) It shouldn't be on the website as available if it's not in stock and 2) It certainly shouldn't take 3 weeks and a complaint to tell me. Really bad service. I won't be using them again.

I had my covid test (for travel purposes) at the pharmacy, the lady was very gentle and the test wasn't so horrible like others had said it was. it was a pleasant experience. I even got a free mask and hand sanitiser at the end.
