Absolutely horrendous! They tried to charge me £200 for less than one months insurance on my motorhome. I’ve never dealt with a more complicated insurance company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They harass you constantly with emails, texts and phone calls! They speak to you in a very degrading manner and WILL NOT let you speak to anyone above them! Save your money for a better insurance company!

Avoid at all costs they give you a cheap quote. Then ask for all kinds of paperwork making it virtually impossible for you to provide. When I cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period they kept my deposit then had the cheek to write to me demanding an extra 35 which they were going to take off my card .cancelled card so they arent getting that. Seems like a legal scam as they take your money first then make it impossible for you.

Outrageous and unethical cancellation fee’s hidden in small print. Took out camper van insurance earlier in the year but sold vehicle on 8 months in. Had paid insurance outright upfront, wasn’t expecting any refund but to then get hit with £85 fees for cancelling policy on selling the vehicle is outright robbery, particularly when legally obliged… to cancel on transfer of ownership. My advice if looking for insurance is to not be taken in by the price of the quote, pay the extra and go with a company that treats its customers fairly and ethically… NOT THIS ONE!
