Carolyn holds a level 5 Foundation Degree in Leadership for the Children and Young People's Workforce Early Years Advanced Practice. She has in depth knowledge of OFSTED statutory requirements and her duties include Keyperson, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Health & Safety Officer and Committee link.
Mandy has worked in Early Years for 13 years. Mandy's responsibilities include Deputy Safeguarding Officer, Special Educational Needs Coordinator and Key Person. Debbie has a level 4 in Early Years Practice. Debbie's roles include being a key person. Claire primarily works in After School Club - as the title suggests!

This is an amazing nursery and have been lucky enough to have had 4 of my children go here. I'll be sad to not be coming anymore but know they have helped my daughter grow into the small person she is and she has loved her time here. We cannot praise all the staff at Cygnets enough, they are the most lovely & welcoming people we have had the pleasure to meet.

In addition to this we offer wrap around care for children up to age 11 (year 6) with our Breakfast club starting at 8.00am and after school club covering through to 6.00pm. Children attending the Great Whelnetham Primary School will be taken to school in the mornings after breakfast club. Those attending after school club will be escorted across to Cygnets by a teacher.
