Amazing service and very professional with very good guidance as GP is hardly available. Very reliable, helpful and caring pharmacy and they always try their best to help you out.. Pharmacy is good but the pharmacist is very disrespectful. I sat and waited for over 20 mins to get her to look after me while no one else was in the shop. Her explanation was "because she can"
Response to your reply. I did book an appointment. I called and a man answered and said come in for 10.15am I explained to him that I will be coming in an uber and asked him how long it will take. His response was "it shouldn't take long, the pharmacist just needs to ask you a few questions which should take less than 5 minutes. When u come in, ask for the pharmacist, and she will sort u out asap.

Dishonest business. Misplacing customers prescriptions.delaying medication we don’t seem to have a problem with any other pharmacy. Money making business that’s all you care about. Selling jewellery and perfume instead of focusing on customer.

Will never use this pharmacy ever again. Worst pharmacy in Aston. They are dishonest and irresponsible. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I had to nominate a different pharmacy for my medication as they failed to deliver on time. I would not even rate it one star. Absolutely Terrible.

Worst chemist in the area. They do not open the time they say they will. They open when they feel like. They dont answer the phone. This is a do not go zone. Worst chemist in the area. Should also be shut down. Poor people that rely on their medications. Abolish this place
