Absolutely shocking service extremely rude staff.
Waiting in the reception area to be seen by a pharmacist after speaking with the receptionist who advised me to wait. After watching 4 customers come in and leave who arrived after me and seeing there was no sense of urgency or care from the receptionist to even let the pharmacist know that I'm waiting to see them I asked is there any idea of how much longer it will be as I have been waiting for 10 minutes? I was very abruptly told by the woman with short hair "No you have not! "I know your here for ........." infront of everyone when the issue

Just left the shop unable to buy what I wanted. In this now cashless society the till was down hence no sale. Technology has a lot to answer for!

Always great service and very friendly. I paid for a food intolerance test a year ago and I can honestly say its made such great improvements to my life. After changing my diet, my gut health has drastically improved. Thank you!

Love this place. Always clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Nothing is ever too much trouble. My medipacks are always ready and delivered on time. From pharmacist to delivery drivers they are brilliant. Deserves huge credit too for giving hundreds of bottles of hand sanitizer to care agencies and nurses throughout the pandemic
