At Little Angels we've discovered that empowering our staff and children is the most powerful tool in developing creativity throughout our setting. And that empowerment starts from the youngest babies who join nursery and each newly qualified employee or student who comes to Little Angels. The nursery exceeds expectations time and time again which gives me complete confidence sending my son there.
The communication is fantastic and they are always straight on the phone if he is ill and provides excellent care. I think coming here has played a large part in his development and most importantly it is evident he really enjoys being here and often talks about the staff fondly at home.

We focus on Personal Social and Emotional Development (PSED) from our first point of contact with parents. Forging early and strong partnerships with parents ensures a two-way flow of information between nursery and home so that critical information is shared about the child's achievements and interests in both the home and nursery environments.

Our mission statement has been written by our staff as part of a programme to empower them to develop Little Angels. We aim to maintain and improve quality through quality assurance programmes and constant evaluation of childcare. We aim to recruit and retain the best staff through a comprehensive training and appraisal programme.

At Little Angels we pride ourself on creating the right environment for our staff to reach their full potential as well as our children. Staff are actively encouraged to train on a range of different courses both externally and internally. Little Angels is working through a range of schemes to gain recognition for our staff development programmes.
Our Meals

At Little Angels, we promote a healthy eating diet and we encourage the children to eat well. Our meals and snacks are varied to include different tastes, colours and textures of foods and all our meals are home cooked using fresh and locally sourced produce.
Our chef, Karolina, has developed 3 week rotation menus that are planned to meet the food and drink guidelines based on the "Eat Better, Start Better" guide by Children's Food Trust for under 5's.We cater for all cultural, religious and special dietary requirements and always try to provide 'like for like substitutes so none of the children miss out on any of the foods when possible.

Our fantastic new Danish software allows for a much more streamlined process when it comes to payments. Parents are given a login that they can access directly from their mobile phone, from which they can see their account balance, all payments, vouchers and invoices, request extra sessions and set up direct debits.
