CBT for Anxiety
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy helps identify anxiety triggers and develop coping strategies. This evidence-based approach addresses emotional and physical symptoms, teaching practical tools to manage anxiety and regain control over daily life.
Trauma Therapy
Specialised therapy for trauma survivors addresses effects of abuse, accidents, and assaults. Using integrative techniques, we help process traumatic experiences, develop coping mechanisms, and rebuild emotional resilience in a safe therapeutic environment.
Person-centred Therapy
This empowering approach focuses on personal growth through self-discovery. We create collaborative therapeutic relationships that help clients harness their innate strengths, improve relationships, and achieve emotional wellbeing through non-judgmental support and active listening.
Anger Management
Structured therapy addresses anger triggers and develops emotional regulation skills. We explore underlying causes, teach de-escalation techniques, and improve communication patterns to help clients express needs calmly and constructively.
Counselling for Depression
Specialised CBT-based treatment targets negative thought patterns and behaviours. Through structured sessions, we help clients challenge distorted thinking, develop positive coping strategies, and gradually improve mood and motivation levels.

Frank creates a comfortable and productive environment to discuss issues which may otherwise be difficult to speak to friends or family about. I was initially unsure about seeing a male counsellor but soon realised that wasnt an obstacle at all. Frank was an excellent listener and showed empathy and understanding whilst also challenging me to see things in a different light. I found the sessions really beneficial and would highly recommend Frank for anyone feeling that they need support or a space to talk.

When I first went to Frank, I was feeling completely adrift. With minimal notice, he was able to arrange an appointment for me, at a time when I desperately needed it. Over several months, he was able to work me through my problems, helped teach me how to get a handle on them and not allow them to overtake my life. To anyone who was in the same position as I was, browsing for someone you can talk to, I highly recommend Frank. He is a talented and intuitive counsellor, capable of listening to what you say, effectively pinpointing the source of many of your troubles and helping you to find ways

I am delighted to be at the 'my door is always open' stage with Frank. That future welcome, if need be, at my final session typifies Frank's friendly, human touch. He is a professional and non-judgemental counsellor with a fabulously gentle approach, a warmth and delicate manner which worked for me. Frank accepted me wholly and very deftly nudged my thinking along when the pace was right for me. An exemplary active listener, Frank created just the right place for me to work on myself.

I have to say that the sessions here have been very thought provoking and have given me valuable tools to assist in my day to day activities. I would recommend Frank to anyone who may be feeling, down, hurt, or if they just want a chat to help them see things in a different perspective.

Frank is very professional and really puts you at ease from the moment you walk through the door. Frank treated me as an individual and adapted the sessions to suit my needs. I would recommend that anyone in need of counseling would contact Frank. Thank you for the help you gave me.

A most understanding and caring man, Frank has empathy and compassion that will make a real difference to his clients. Many counsellors will trot out well rehearsed standard answers and theories but Frank goes beyond that because he actually does care and really wants the very, very best outcomes for all his clients. Thank you and well done, you are head and shoulders above "the rest"
