Your Trusted Mental Health Charity in Northern Ireland
Action Mental Health (AMH) has been a pioneering force in mental health support across Northern Ireland since its founding in 1963 as the Industrial Therapy Organisation. Originally established in Downpatrick, the organisation has evolved from addressing stigmatised mental health challenges to becoming a leading voice in the Third Sector, actively dismantling barriers for diverse communities. Our core mission focuses on empowering individuals through a spectrum of services, including the nine regionally distributed New Horizons centres, which offer personal development, vocational training, and accredited qualifications designed to enhance employability. We deliver therapeutic counselling for all age groups, resilience-building programs tailored to schools and workplaces, and specialised initiatives targeting mental health in employment, chronic pain management, and eating disorders.

Our work is underpinned by rigorous research, such as the Pay Pennies Rebuild Lives study, which demonstrated our economic impact through job creation and reduced healthcare costs. As a BACP-accredited service, we adhere to the highest standards of care, ensuring our interventions remain evidence-based and client-centred. Our commitment to innovation is reflected in community campaigns like Go Purple, which mobilise public support for mental health awareness, and in our partnerships with institutions to scale employer-focused wellbeing programs. With a nationwide reach spanning Belfast, Antrim, Downpatrick, and beyond, we combine decades of experience with a forward-looking vision to transform mental health outcomes for future generations.

Herpes has been one of the most significant virus in the US now, and its spreading really fast, and the government are only producing medical drugs that can suppress it but rather keep on eliminating the African herbal doctors who were able to discover a way to completely cure the virus...I'm delighted to be finally cured of herpes 2 after i applied ZUBBY medicine for two weeks ,,, I can tell you, I went back a month later to confirm my status and i was still negative.. If i could get cured, why do you think You can't?, you believe in the lying government and medical scientists and keep spending
