Called these people on the off chance. The guy came today. Could not replace the tap as he said we needed a carpenter when this wasn't previously needed. Then went to the kitchen and was meant to service the boiler. I said if he can't do it to leave it as I had to go out and left him with my mother. The photos are attached. He dropped the kitchen door damaging it and the screws are missing and the bottom of the boiler is also missing so we now have to call someone else as an emgergency. My elderly mother is very upset. You should not send people who cannot do the job. I did say to leave it
