He has an intense and symbiotic relationship with his machine and together they create beautiful things. Janine is General manger and can turn her hand to anything. Mainly in charge of making sure we stick to a sensible system for doing stuff she is also very good at moping up spilt ice cream and reminding customers to be mindful.
