Very professional company, Caroline and Lisa took care of everything to do with organising survey on behalf of my daughter. Mike the surveyor produced a very comprehensible survey and was available to discuss relevant all relevant points

I used Southdown for a full building survey, and I've been really impressed with both the communication from their offices, and the detail of the survey received. In addition to the normal scope of the survey, I had some specific queries for the surveyor, which he addressed comprehensively. The report contained a lot more detail than I expected, and some of the additional information really saved me some work when I moved in to the property! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Southdown for your house survey.
