We gave Stuart Radley Associates a tall order - get a party wall agreement in place with our anxious and elderly neighbour within a week so we could take an unexpected slot our builder gave us after someone backed out of doing work meaning we could start 3 months earlier than planned. They got ontop of things very quickly, visited 2 days later and we had the agreement 5 days later, all waived by the next door neighbour allowing the work to take place. Super service, and highly recommended.
