I have dealt with Allinson's for over 30 years. Always great people. I have recently been involved in a fund raising event to support two local NHS hospitals and to support NHS staff. Joe Allinson and his team gave a great deal of help, time, and produced vital items like tickets free of charge.

Went into store to ask personally if they would do a voucher for a familbers xmas present. Explained that we specifically wanted an hours meeting with a designer to create a unique logo for a new business and that the logo would need to be emailed in a format that would allow the recipient to use it whenever they were ready. Was told that this was no problem and so we purchased the voucher, only for us to have to contact them twice because we never actually received it in the post as promised and ended up having to collect the voucher ourselves days before they closed for Christmas. This red flag
