Great service again. I use this company quite often and on this occasion sent in artwork to be printed. On checking this I realised that I needed changes to the artwork. I contacted and spoke with Georgia who was extremely helpful and made the necessary adjustments to my order allowing me to provide my new artwork and for the order to be amended as required. This was a quick and straightforward process. Great customer service, thank you.

I have had a great experience with fast labels so far. The whole customers sales and team are so friendly and helpful. I am a first time label designer so I have no idea what I am doing and the team have really helped and guided me through the process. Always super helpful with the labels, and extremely efficient on the times. I had a slight technical problem where the order didn't process properly after I had paid, but after a quick call and dealing with Georgia it was all resolved very quickly

Great experience! Customer service is second to none. Straight through to competent staff who always go out of their way to try and help with over and above service. If only customer service was like this everywhere else! Wouldnt use any other labels services!! Nothing is too much, even with back and forwards changes. Today I had Megan and she stayed in the phone with me until I was happy with the requests I needed to make.
