Robert was recommended to us when we needed a survey on a house we were buying, and were delighted we chose to use his services. Right from first contact, he was friendly, helpful, efficient and thorough, whether we communicated directly or through his office. Since we were buying a new-build, we didnt expect any significant problems, but asked him to carry out a level 2 (Home Buyers) survey anyway for peace of mind. I cannot recommend Robert Hopps enough. Thanks to his diligence and care, we avoided buying a wreck that ended up selling at auction for half the price we originally agreed.
