
Founded in 2007, Denniker (meaning 'ten acres') was opened by local butcher Graham Smith, after he relocated his village high street butchery of many years, and also expanded into a farm shop. Now retired, Graham's legacy has been continued by Shaun, Tiffany, and family, who are committed to continue delivering high-quality produce to Fletching's locals, whilst also opening our cafe in early 2020.
Our team of professional chefs and butchers provide traditional butchery skills to our customers, whilst also creating a chef's angle to the products we sell. The cafe is newly built, with a contemporary farmhouse feel and a range of indoor & outdoor seating. All our food is prepared here at the farm, cooked by a local chef, and includes breakfasts, afternoon tea, home baked cakes, savoury snacks and much more.
