From fantasy themes to realistic models, our birthday cakes cater to all ages and interests. With over 16 available flavours and creative decoration options, we transform unique ideas into edible masterpieces. Custom designs start from single-tier options upwards.
Cupcakes
Handmade cupcakes available in classic and specialty flavours, decorated to match any theme. Sold in batches of six or twelve, these treats work equally well as party favours or individual desserts. Seasonal and custom designs available.
Cake decorating classes
Hands-on cake decorating sessions for all skill levels, covering fondant techniques, flower making, and themed designs. Classes include materials and take-home creations, with options for adults, children, and private parties in a professional kitchen environment.

Helen Zurek
Co-founder
Helen studied Fine Art at Norwich School of Art and Design. She began baking professionally in 2008, evolving her home business into The Incredible Cake Company. With expertise in cake design and decoration, she oversees creative operations.
Oliver Zurek
Co-founder
Ollie studied Graphic Design with Animation at Norwich School of Art and Design. He joined the business full-time in 2016, bringing technical expertise to cake construction and business management. He specialises in complex structural designs.

My husband and I got married in September 2021 and we had been having a tough time trying to decide on the type of cake that we wanted so eventually we decided on having more than one and found the Incredible Cake Company. They made us an 8" iced Victoria sponge to cut and then a coffee cake and a lemon cake and a range of various flavours of cupcakes and they were all delicious! We couldn't have been happier x

Helen did our gorgeous wedding cake, it was a 2 tier sponge (bottom layer victoria sponge, top tier chocolate ganache). It was absolutely delicious! She took great detail to get everything looking how we wanted it. The flowers she made matched by bouquet which was really lovely. There were so many compliments on it. Thank you so much Helen
