Dreadful service. Went into the shop looking to purchase 62sq m of LVT. I asked for two samples and anything else that was out there in the colour range I was looking for. They said they would call back. They didn't call so I chased them and advised them how urgent it was as fitter booked for 2.9.19.. Apparently a mix up and they hadn't ordered the samples but said they would. Samples still haven't arrived and no contact whatsoever from the shop. Would highly recommend Jordan at Flooring Superstore in Havant. Excellent service.

House of Carpets might not look much from the outside, but they really did us proud. When we first took a look at their prices I wasn't convinced that they faired that well compared to some of the big nationals. However, once we added up all the extras that House of Carpets included and the nationals charged extra for it turned out that they were actually very competitive indeed.
Carpets arrived and were installed on time (despite us giving short notice over christmas), the installers worked really quickly, did a good job of fitting the carpet and left the place tidy. The final price even ended
