Craig Sargeant provided incredible customer service and managed to fit me in at short notice so that the measuring was done on the Friday and the carpets laid Saturday morning. The fitter that came to measure and fit the carpet was brilliant - he was on time and got on with the job as soon as he arrived. The carpets are lovely and I'm very pleased with everything. Superb job and I would highly recommend them.

I have been very impressed with Craig Sargeant and his team. From the start Craig's friendly manner put me at my ease. His shop has a huge range of carpets for all price brackets and all uses. He offered impartial advice which I found invaluable as I really didn't know what I was looking for. He was also extremely patient with installation, due to unforeseen building works I had to delay installation twice and he kindly accommodated with no pressure put upon me.
The fitters (one of which was his son) were great, polite and so tidy! I am over the moon with the carpet I chose and how it looks in my home. I highly recommend Craig Sargeant and his team at Sargeant Carpets.

I have been using Craig Sargeant for years to fit all my carpets across various properties His attention to detail in measuring and giving advice is exemplary, as is the level of fitting from his staff - in addition to them being very tidy and being happy to move furniture about etc. The products he supplies are all of good quality and above all I consider him to be very cost effective when compared to the competition. To sum up. why bother going anywhere else

Had the whole house recarpeted (7 rooms plus hallways and stairs), it was a big job. As one would expect, the carpets look and feel good but we were particularly impressed by the fitters work ethic and the organisation, by Craig Sergeant. The whole project took just over day and a half in hot conditions (we had expected 3 days). A skip was organised to take the old carpets (skip delivered the day before and removed morning after completion) and Craig put 5 fitters on the job first day to break the back of it with 3 returning on the second day to complete it. The fitters were great, including moving a lot of heavy furniture, and worked diligently throughout the process. Very impressed.

Sargeant Carpets are an absolute pleasure to work with. Fair and clear pricing with high quality products. Made the mistake of going to a high street name in the past (never again). The quality of materials used by Sargeant Carpets offer is significantly better and a much better service too. Most importantly, the communication was spot on - it was clear when everything was going to be fitted and they were very flexible, no pressure to do the whole house in one go. The fitters were polite, on time and respectful, plus incredibly tidy. Nothing was too much to ask. Highly recommend Sargeant Carpets without a doubt and will not hesitate to use Craig again.

I have been using Sargeant Carpets for many years, as I always like to use local companies if at all possible, and have never been disappointed with their service and professionalism. I recently needed a new carpet for our hallway and with Craig Sargeant's assistance we were able to select exactly what we wanted and his advice proved invaluable. The fitting was complex due to the shape of the room and the carpet pattern. The two fitters who attended were polite and very professional and as a result we are very happy with the result. I would recommend Sargeant Carpets to anyone.

We were initially served by Craig Sargeant in store snd he helped us choose suitable flooring for our requirements
An arrangement was made for fitting, but at the last moment we were forced to postpone. Craig was really helpful and accommodating in finding alternative dates for us
When the team came they removed the old carpet and laid a preparatory surface for the new flooring. The next day they came and laid the flooring Everything was done quickly and with the minimum of fuss The team were pleasant, helpful and left everything clean and tidy , and best of all, the floors look fabulous

Sergeant Carpets fitted out my property 8 years ago and the carpet is still in great condition. The service then was fantastic. He has now completely carpeted my mothers property and yet again the service Craig gave and the fitters provided was second to none. I will of course carry on my relationship with the company and also recommend highly. Thank you Craig Sargeant.
