Incompitant staff never given an update had to find out court results my self and there not willing to chase unpaid court judgements. They like to email every 7 days!!!! Stay clear ! And to top it off they now want to charge me to recover my money they got me awarded in court ! #moneygrabbers

Please AVOID using these unprofessional solicitors, do not waste your time with these people. They do not give you any updates on anything and when trying to contact your case handler there going to be in a meeting or away from the desk apparently and when your told your going to get a call back, don't hold your breath because it's not going to happen. Plus the receptionist is of no help and rude, I feel like she's going through some stuff at home and should leave her feelings at home before coming to work.
