Back in 2014, a lady called Ms Susan Plevin won a case after arguing that she was treated unfairly as she wasn't informed about the 71.8% commission that would be taken from her PPI payment. As a result of this case, if more than 50% of your PPI's payments went as commission and this was not explained to you at the time, you could claim back payments above that threshold, plus interest.
