Showers Showers leave a lot to be desired no holder for the shower head so you have to hold it in 1 hand and wash with the other. Toilets are not cleaned daily, residents left in the lounge unattended with no call bell.
Urine bottles are not sterilised . The lounge is a death trap with loose cables every where causing trip hazards the activities co ordinator has left and the person who has taken over has no idea. Maintenance man is all talk and no action. The upside is the staff are brilliant and the food is exceptional.
