SUE is a credit to this pharmacy, I've used this pharmacy for 15+ yrs and Mr thacker and his family do a great job for the community, never fail to answer the phone ,unlike the doctors next door, if the doctors only took a page out of the doctors on Bowland and had a phone installed that put u in a queue the doctors would get a review ,back to thackers if u need a great chemist where people listen and help you you cannot go wrong 6's due to Sue's excellent customer service and care

Awful. Messed my diabetic sons medication up multiple times. Refused to take the sharps bin. Disgusting attitude from staff.
Excuse me but I have only just started to use pharmacy 2 u and order myself as obviously you aren't capable!!! Its not about being on time its about being given the wrong items time and time again. Thats with our nurse also calling you! Will not be using you again. THANKS
