The staff is very friendly and I received a warm welcome upon arrival. Jessie did an excellent job with my nails, being very professional. She is attentive to detail and makes sure that you as the customer are happy. This is definitely the place to go for all your beauty requirements!!

So thrilled that the Retreat has reopened after lockdown. I rarely write reviews but the Retreat is so deserving. I had the works from toe to scalp. The aromatherapy is so relaxing. The therapist Jessie - exceptional. Tracy's team are all kind, friendly and very helpful. THE local place to go for a pampering experience. Thank you for reopening your doors.

Not very friendly.... the girl that did my feet seemed bored and couldn't wait to get me out the door. I wasn't offered a drink or anything to read. The whole experience was pretty dreadful. I won't be using them again.
