She took the time to listen to me, took on board my vague ideas about colour blending for my autumn look and gave me 5 star treatment. First time I went there I had lovely service and experience, rebooked for another appointment only upon arrival to be told the previous stylist I had has moved on and my appointment time had been changed. Everything would have been fine except for the exceptionally rude tone of the receptionist - aggressively told me she had been trying to call me repeatedly - despite the fact I had no missed calls or voicemails - just set a bad tone so I left. Interesting to note another poor review for the receptionist as well on here....
