Services
Residential Window Cleaning
We provide regular domestic window cleaning for all property types using purified water technology and traditional methods. Our trained team accesses hard-to-reach windows above extensions without ladders, ensuring safety and streak-free results. Services include frame scrubbing and natural drying to maintain property appearance while reducing environmental impact through optimised cleaning routes.
Commercial Window Cleaning
Our commercial services cater to offices, schools, and retail spaces using water-fed poles and mobile elevated platforms. IPAF-qualified staff handle windows up to 60 feet high, with method statements and risk assessments provided for every contract. We maintain building aesthetics through scheduled cleaning while offering flexible solutions for one-off projects and special events.
Conservatory Roof Cleaning
Specialist cleaning for conservatory roofs removes moss, algae, and dirt using reach-and-wash equipment. We target plastic finials and UPVC surfaces to restore light transmission and appearance. Recommended bi-annually, this service can be combined with regular window maintenance or arranged separately for special occasions.
Gutter Clearing
Our gutter clearing service removes debris using extended poles to prevent water damage and structural issues. We clean gutters, soffits, and fascias for residential and commercial properties, reaching areas above extensions. Regular maintenance prevents blockages, with optional combined services for window and cladding cleaning.
Fascia Cleaning
We clean fascia boards, shop signage, and cladding using water-fed systems to remove dirt and algae. This service improves building aesthetics while preserving materials. Combined with gutter clearing and window cleaning, it forms a comprehensive exterior maintenance package for residential and commercial properties.

Have used the company for several years cleaning windows. They have always turned up when they said they would and always a good job was done. Today I had them out for gutter cleaning for the first time. They tuend up and did a fantastic job including emptying a downpipe and removing a lot of crud from the guttering. They will now be booked to do this every year going forward. Excellent job.

Have used this company in my old home, and used them again since I moved house. Did an amazing job on all windows doors and sills. Cannot fault them. Would highly recommend. My new window cleaner is called Sebastian and is fantastic. Had a different lad at my old home but he was equally as good.

Rang these guys for a quote to clean my windows and conservatory after I'd had roof work done. They gave a very reasonable quote, arrived the same day and did a great job on very dirty glass and frames. I had no hesitation in booking a regular monthly clean.

We have always had Genie cleaning our windows and ask for additional gutter cleaning and facias. They hoovered the gutters a made a fantastic job of cleaning the outside. They have all come up looking like new. Very professional and polite and the price was very realistic for the standard of work. I would highly recommend Genie
