Ian, where do I start, I had an issue I didn't know where it was coming from. I had called and Ian was very professional every time I called or sent an email with more questions and looking for answers he was very accommodating to responding to my endless questions.
what I liked most was he didn't waste my time or his or my money by coming out at the first moment, he explained options and advised me and finally I asked him to visit, he did very fast also very responsive, he found the cause and has fixed it, well this cycle and hopes that now I will be more aware. I would recommend Ian 100 percent

Ian has responded to our mice problem in the garage very promptly and came in for a survey on Christmas eve and this helped us calm down a bit since we were panicking right before Christmas. He was very professional, provided great communication & advice and was always on time for his visits. Our garage is mice-free as of now and we hope that they don't come back!

What can I say about Ian @ 999 Pest Control that hasn't already been said! I found a few bees on my property and called him. His knowledge and expertise were superb. He was out to my property super quick. He was fantastic and worked tirelessly to remove the bees and it turned out that there was, in fact, a bee hive which we didn't know about however, without harming them, he relocating them. His fee was very good indeed. He obviously loves his job - I'd recommend him anytime! Cheers Ian.
