We used Broadway Solicitors for the sale and purchase of property. They were very efficient and professional throughout the whole process. Our queries were answered and we had good guidance. The sale of my property was particularly challenging from start to finish. The buyers' solicitors were incredibly incompetent and slow in all areas but both Nureen and Bhavna were excellent. They were professional, efficient and ensured that both the sale and purchase was completed. I will be recommending this solicitor to friends and family. We worked with Broadway Solicitors in May/June 2021 for the purchase of our first ever flat. We appreciate timing was short and from what we could tell, it appeared the solicitors were willing to try and make the 30 June deadline. Our issue was not with their work, at least from what we could tell they were thorough. However there was a complete lack of any communication or professionalism. We answered their questions promptly but the same cannot be said for the solicitors. There were weeks that went by where we were sending numerous emails with our questions/concerns or leaving messages after
