Diane and Wayne Anthony started Skyline Catering together after both working in catering from a young age. We have grown from year to year adding new ranges each year. Skyline offers all aspects of catering from providing Corporate buffets to companies and also providing food and bars for family days and events.

Hog Roast

The hog roast machine comes under a small gazebo which can have the lights put in if required. The Chef carves the Hog and waiting staff serve the food to your guests. All the cloths that are used on the service tables are linen. All disposable plates and cutlery are included but you can add china and silverware at an additional cost.
Combination Menus

Our Combination Menus are a great way of combining a variety of foods to your guests and with the wow factor of our amazing hog roasts is always a winner. Your guest will be able to see the Chef pulling the tender pork from the hog roast while they are choosing from the selection of foods from the grazing table.

With our Street Food Van, we aim to hit your taste buds with some amazing street food flavours. Our wide range of flavour is there to cater for everyone and get your guests excited for more. Our menus for street food are not set, we have some guidelines of our favourites, but please don't hesitate to ask for any personal favourites you may have.
