Sam, Patrick and Dan have got to be the most helpful and nicest guys in the business. After a couple of very poor experiences with other local agents attempting to sell my flat, the service Ive received from the guys at Lloyds has been like a breath of fresh air. They were always responsive on either email or phone and kept me informed the whole way, before successfully selling the property. I couldnt recommend them high enough and am only sad that I am moving away from the area and cant use them when purchasing.

Lloyds Residential estate agents are without hesitation the best estate agents I have dealt with - and I have dealt with more than a dozen estate agents in the last 7 months! From the very start, they try their hardest to help find the best property for you, whether youre looking for a long or short term let. They keep in constant communication with you, they call you as soon as new properties come on the market and arrange viewings at your convenience. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful but what makes Lloyds stand out is how professional they are and how they go above and beyond
