We recently bought our new home through Homefinders and it was an absolute dream experience. From the very beginning Asdaq was a pleasure to deal with. Always honest and open about the process, great with communication and constantly went out of his way to get us the information we needed. In short, a total gent. We moved in last week and couldn't be happier. Hopefully we're gonna be here for a long time, but if we had to move again tomorrow I'd pick up the phone to Asdaq in a heartbeat. Was a tenant with Homefinders for over 2.5 years. Throughout this time the service I received was very professional, always on time and showing a high level of customer care. Worth mentioning Yasemin, who as my property manager did everything incredibly efficiently during my check out process, including the administrative paperwork, last property checks and returning my deposit in full.

We had a rat in our house and Homefinders refused to do anything about it because they couldn't get in touch with the landlord. Disgusting service!
Edit: The issue was first reported on 21st September. As per the estate agents admission below, they only contacted the landlord a week later when I called up a second time. It's now been two weeks and still no sign of pest control. What a joke!

Asdaq was hugely helpful during the whole process. As a newcomer to London, I had little knowledge of the areas in Leyton, Asdaq guided me through all the different location and he managed to find me a property when the one I had originally enquired about already had multiple offers far beyond what I could afford. He was supportive during the whole process and always available for a call if I had any questions. I could not have asked for a better estate agent. I would definitely look to Homefinders again in the future!

I have been letting 2 of my properties through Homefinders for the past 2 years. I switched from another agency because they were charging way too much for the service they provided. Homefinders guaranteed my rent and pay my rent on time regardless of if the tenants have paid or not, which is such a good security for me at the moment, and they did this with no additional charges. My old agency charged so much more and would not guarantee the rent without additional charges! We recently had to replace the kitchen at one of my properties, they arranged this for me and offered to deduct it from my
