I made a silly error and typed in the incorrect registration Sarah from Tempcover was brilliant in sorting this out for me. They were perfectly within their rights not to change anything but showed goodwill, refunded me (twice actually) well done Tempcover

Great experience using the customer service team at Tempcover, my circumstances changed and I had to amend my cover dates. They could of hid behind their T&C's meaning I had to purchase a new policy but they were sympathetic to my situation and were able to replace my policy with a new one and arrange a credit as a gesture of goodwill. Going above and beyond to help a customer develops loyalty. Thanks Jess for all your help :-)

I live in Spain but am spending Christmas with my daughter who will loan me her car. Her insurers would not cover me as I am not a UK resident, so I found Tempcover online. Their website was aimed specifically at me!! I made a mistake when booking, but this was sorted without fuss. So far, excellent service

Great rates and offer a service that I couldn't find anywhere else. I also accidently took our insurance for the wrong dates and even though it was against the Ts&Cs that I signed, their rep Storme was very kind and offered me a refund when I took out another policy with the correct dates. Would highly recommend.
