Terrible service. On recommendation from local hotel I requested a taxi and was told they would be with me in 30minutes. I was asked to text in the details to ensure they had them correct. After no acknowledgment of the text, 5 mins before the car was due to arrive I got a text back saying that texts were not monitored in the evening. I assumed there was a mix up so I called them back to double check the car was nearly with us, at which point the handler hung up in me. We used Andy at Cam and Dursley Taxi on three occasions between Gloucester and Aust whilst walking the Severn Way. Very reliable and theyve really tried to protect both them and their customers in these difficult covid times. May not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Many thanks.

I cannot thank Mosa enough for his professional service. We were stranded at a wedding venue late at night after the company we booked with didnt arrive. He was there doing another pick up but found out we were stuck and came back for us and took us to our accommodation. He also personally made sure to collect us and take us back to the venue in the morning. Top service. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you
