Excellent service as usual. The reason we use Rufus taxis is because it is so reliable. Valdis is always there on time to pick us up from home or from the airport.

Absolutely amazing service, I haven't seen any taxi company around the UK,with providing this high standard service and nice looking driver's. Every time booking my taxi I don't need to worry if it not turns up..always on time, always polite. And you always can have your favourite driver,it's awesome thank you Rufus you are the best taxi company so far which I have ever used. Highly recommend.

We booked a very early morning journey to Bristol airport having been badly let down by a pre booked Uber previously.
Rufus taxis communicated immediately and confirmed with trip with a good price and a named driver. Our driver Jawel communicated regularly to confirm he would pick us up and arrived on time. We had a smooth and hassle free journey to the airport which was very much appreciated. Wed recommend Rufus taxis and will definitely use again.

From the moment of first contact Rufus Taxis have been nothing but professional and courteous. Ugi provided swift responses to queries and questions. And most importantly the taxi arrived ahead of the scheduled pick up time! Driver Paul was very chatty and friendly. Cant fault this company. I definitely plan on using them again! Thank you Rufus Taxis Team!

Highly recommend Rufus taxis. After being let down last minute for a long early morning airport ride, Rufus came to the rescue and we have used them many since. Always on time, excellent communication and very reasonable rates.

Excellent service. Very friendly, punctual with top class communications. Fantastic value for money. The additional touches were 5* and even included in car charging cables for us both to charge our phones. Would highly recommend

I had a great experience he was very punctual, arriving on time for my pickup. He was also a great conversationalist, and we had a pleasant chat throughout the ride. Overall, I would highly recommend and would be happy to book with them again." A well deserved 5 star rating.

I've used Rufus Taxi Services multiple times, and every experience has been fantastic! My driver, Ugnius, has picked me up 4 or 5 times now, and he is always punctual, professional, and friendly. He goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable ride every time. The service is reliable, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free taxi experience. Thanks again, Ugnius, for your excellent service!
