Good morning,
I hope this finds the team well. I couldnt find a different way to send this on the website so have emailed - please do pass this along to Harvy. This morning I had a really wonderful experience when contacting the surgery. I was able to get through after only a few moments. When I did - I spoke with a lovely and extremely helpful person - Harvy. She was so kind and supportive regarding my administrative query and went out of her way to ensure that I was able to access the correct document I needed. She also gave me a time frame within which I should expect the rest of the documents

Appalling Surgery Reception! Rude, Unprofessional, Not Caring For Your Time Or Health!
Ive been trying to get my 4y.o. sons blood test results for 7 days now, in vain, as Receptionists (Sangita, Neehah (?), Janet, Pam) keep giving conflicting information. Last Monday I called Corfton Road Surgery to get my sons results and was told they would be immediately available on the Corfton Road Surgery App. The Receptionist texted me username and code for the app, but the results were not there. I called 20 mins later and was told by yet another Receptionist that I should email the Surgery requesting
