Would give -5 if I could. Almost every time I ring, I'm told my queue position which is fine and helpful. But then it starts ringing and when it sounds like someone is picking up they just cut the phone every single time. So they don't allow enough rings for the person to actually get through they just put you in the queue and cut you off after a while anyway. I've tried to do the online form and been told it could potentially be serious you need to speak to someone urgently..... but you can't get through to anyone

I'd like to thank Nurse H (Malaysian nurse) for looking after me following my visit to NWP hospital when I cut my finger. Nurse H, applied dressing on two occasions and removed my stitches. She was extremely cautious following each visit with the wound in particular with the removal of the stitches. She put me at ease every time. Thank you nurse.

I have given this 1 star for the simple reason is when you call no matter what time you can never get through. It is highly unprofessional and the admin staff are incompetent. I don't use the GP surgery much just just over the last few month I have needed to. The 1st time I was on the telephone for 2 hours holding and when they did answer they just didn't think it was unacceptable then proceeded to tell me they had no appointments and I would need to call back which I point blankly refused. I filled in an e-consult form for a call back and thought this may be easier last Thursday today Monday

Really unacceptable how this practice is still playing a constant repetitive recorded message telling us that we are in a pandemic and this is why they are receiving a large amount of calls! We are no longer in a pandemic!! I am then left holding on and told Im no 9 in the queue for over an hour. Once it was my turn the phone just continued to ring over and over and never answered. Then when I call back I am now no 6 in the queue. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat patients in need of help.

If there was no star, I
Would give them no star. Reception staff are the worst and waiting time on the phone is too long and sometimes as soon as you get through, they hung up. My mum is registered with them but I am going to find her a new GP. I don't want to go into detail much but I DO NOT recommend this GP.
