Situations change, especially at this moment in time. How you treat your customers in times of change defines your business. This was a very poor experience. Poor communication skills and a disrespectful attitude mean I wont be using their services again.

Property was stunning, however Agency failed to communicate well on terms and conditions of flat. On arrival nothing was mentioned on heating, electricity,etc. Although there is a written confirmation its common decency to greet guests on arrival and i would suggest laying out the ground rules for tenants stay at the beginning of contract. All issues whilst staying were reported but now we are having to debate our security deposit due to this lack of communication.

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak and the cancellation of the Edinburgh Marathon I was considering re-scheduling my trip to 2021. The people at Dickins have been understanding and so helpful with the re-arrangement. I am very much looking forward to my stay! That's the true spirit of hospitality!

Absolutely brilliant agency. They’ve found us awesome properties over the last 3 years for the Fringe and have always been incredibly efficient and helpful. Now we’ve had to cancel this year due to coronavirus Dickins have been incredibly flexible with the cancellation ts&cs - way above what I expected.
Can’t recommend them highly enough and sending them best wishes in these difficult times.

I want to start out by saying that Dickins is an outstanding group of friendly and efficient people to work with. Our experience with them could not have been any better. We were a visiting academic couple seeking a 5 month accommodation in the center of Edinburgh. I had contacted probably 20 different companies while looking for a place to rent. Most sent me polite messages like, "see us when you arrive". Not Dickins. They immediately emailed me back, asked what I was looking for and set me up with a great home in exactly the area we wanted to stay. That was the easy part. Shortly before we arrived
