EPS Tooling
We manufacture precision EPS mould tools for packaging and insulation applications. With 40+ years' experience, our engineers create tools up to 1,000kg with complex features like insert moulding and moving cores. Compatible with major machinery brands including Erlenbach and Kurtz, our solutions combine dimensional accuracy with cost-effective production for clients worldwide.
EPP Tooling
Our EPP tooling solutions serve automotive manufacturers requiring lightweight, impact-resistant components. We produce tools for bumpers, impact pads, and structural parts with metal insert capabilities. The material's strength-to-weight ratio makes it ideal for both automotive and industrial applications where durability and weight savings are critical performance factors.
Rotational Tooling
We create rotational mould tools up to 2m in length for hollow plastic components. Our tooling supports cost-effective production of complex shapes with uniform wall thickness. Specialising in cooling jigs and fixtures, we enable efficient manufacturing of cable ducts, snorkel components, and solar equipment housings with tight tolerances and surface finish control.
Rubber Tooling
Our rubber tooling services produce components from 0.3mm to 2,000mm in steel or aluminium. CNC Machining
