I highly recommend Ritzi. We had a loft with a rear dormer and our previous engineer just disappeared. Costas answered back to me within an hour, called me and reassured me that everything will be sorted out. Long story short, he came by the next day the project was delivered in less than a week. Great service.

Not a good experience. Unclear communications, costs kept rising so it was impossible to budget (even after they had initially shared a fix cost quote)

Ritzi worked on the structural drawings for my home refurbishment. They were excellent, gave me plenty of advice. liaised with the council to submit drawings and answered follow up questions from my builder. I highly recommend them.

Nick replied with a detailed proposal for the structural work required for our basement conversion. They prepared a basement impact assessment, provided building regulation drawings and designed the temporary works.
