Fabulous! All staff really kind and caring. Sorted out a problem of why my glasses were continually smearing. Maria spotted it straight away ! Glasses wrongly fitted ( by 2 other stores ) I have been trying to get this problem sorted for a whole year! Maria sorted it in 5 mins!!! Thank you so so much! Optometrist superb as Reception. Wonderful range of designs, colours and prices not found anywhere else! Will certainly continue to use. Well done all at Eyeworks Walton on Thames.

Previously, very impressed with this Optician, most staff seem very expert, but with my recent glasses/ old eyes, they didn't work out so well. Having had a pair of fairly expensive glasses made, with imput from helpful opticians, they were giving me some problems. Subsequently, I had a less helpful call from the practice asking me if I had insurance. Why? It appears they don't want to sort this out.
