What services do you offer?
We specialise in residential conveyancing including purchases, sales, remortgages and equity transfers. Our services cover first-time buyers, investment properties and downsizing transactions across Kent.
What are your fees?
Our fees start from £750 for freehold sales and £1,000 for freehold purchases. Leasehold transactions start from £1,100 sales and £1,200 purchases. All prices include VAT and disbursements.
Do you offer a no-completion no-fee guarantee?
Yes, we operate a no-completion no-fee service. If your transaction doesn't complete through no fault of your own, we won't charge for our services.
How are you regulated?
We are regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers under Licence Number 11220. This ensures we maintain professional standards in all our conveyancing services.
Can you handle out-of-hours requests?

It was a very stressful process moving after 20 years in our home, made much worse by the appalling solicitors acting for our buyers (Fidler & Pepper - never use them).
